Higher Education Advising

At Houseton Academy, we prioritize offering families the guidance they need to traverse the university admissions landscape. Our adept Higher Education Advisors are committed to preparing students for their next academic journey - university.

The Higher Education Advising Program at Houseton Academy is accessible to all students. It features personalized mentoring sessions and webinars covering a variety of areas such as identifying suitable universities, preparing for university entrance examinations, support with university applications, parent-oriented resources, and information on scholarships or financial aid opportunities.

Regardless of whether families are well-versed in online education or require assistance in adapting, the Higher Education Advisor is available to provide support and help students formulate a tailored learning plan.

For our graduating students, the Higher Education Advisor plays a pivotal role in keeping students motivated and on the right path towards graduation. They work in tandem with the student’s teachers, pen university recommendation letters, and provide help in crafting compelling university application essays.

To secure a university-oriented academic diploma, students are required to complete at least 6 credits at Houseton Academy and accumulate a total of 24 credits in academic and elective courses. We advise students to work closely with their Home Advisor to devise a learning plan that caters to their academic pursuits and future goals.
