Enrollment Procedure
At Houseton Academy, our Enrollment Specialists strive to understand the unique educational objectives and necessities of each student.
1. We invite future students to fill out the Houseton Academy Enrollment Form and provide their official academic records and/or examination results.
2. Candidates will have a conversation with a member of the Houseton Academy team to gauge their suitability for our curriculum.
3. Upon acceptance into Houseton Academy, an Enrollment Specialist will be allocated to the student to navigate them through the registration process. This Specialist will liaise with the student and their guardians to grasp the student’s requirements and introduce the range of courses available at Houseton Academy.
4. The Enrollment Specialist will suggest courses and/or programs that could fulfill the student’s educational objectives.
5. When the student chooses to join Houseton Academy, a Mentor is assigned who will be a constant source of support during their time at our institution. Students in their penultimate and final years will also have a University Guidance Counselor to help them gear up for higher education.
6. The student, with the Mentor’s help, will devise an Academic Roadmap and start registering for classes. Once the tuition fee is processed, a greeting note is dispatched to the family, educators are allocated to the student, and the student is given access to our digital learning platform. The student can then kickstart their learning journey without delay.
Our enrollment office mandates official academic records from all applicants before finalizing high school registration. While not compulsory, students are also advised to provide their English proficiency and/or SAT/ACT scores.
